I didn't find this today but I am feeling lucky🍀✨. When believing in something even through the doubt starts to feel more and more like the right thing, it feels like a 'yes'! So pleased I pushed through fears and held on and made Soulworks Reflexology a reality. It was simmering away on the back burner for along time waiting patiently, the reality is better than I ever hoped. I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported so far and to all those to come... Gratitude 🙏🏼😌✨

Wishing you a happy new year✨

I like to start the new year gently, not load it with expectations & pressure. Last year I chose a word to guide me, anchor me and inspire me. It was really beneficial.

I spend a little time with the head space that post Christmas provides reflecting on what I need to help myself with and realign, this feels good😌.
