My passion

I have always been an active person, my first passion was dance, I was blessed to follow my dream and establish a 10 year career travelling the world as a professional dancer. I had to overcome various injuries from a young age which has shaped the way I train my clients today.

When I finally decided to hang up my dancing shoes I developed a passion for fitness. After attending just one Les Mills Body Combat class...I was hooked! Classes are a great way to make you accountable for your workout, feel the energy of those around you and be inspired by the instructor who encourages you to push your limits. I have created a timetable with a variety of classes suitable for all levels and ages to keep you physically and mentally fit throughout these unprecedented times. With my live online classes I will be there to give you feedback, technique tips or just a bit more encouragement when needed, plus you can’t press pause!
