Hi I'm Siobhan from Ireland originally, living in dream Cornwall now. My absolute passion in life is helping to bring joy to people and helping people feel wonderful and at home in their bodies again. Movement is medicine and I truly believe that. Ever since I was 3 I've been active in some form of movement. I've travelled every continent of the world on a soul searching journey of growing, learning and evolving, and along the way over 10 years ago I studied to be a yoga teacher in India. I've since been to India to further my studies 3 times. I'm forever a student and always learning new modalities of holistic healing. Nature, Yoga, Soundhealing, Breathwork, sea Swimming, and time with family and friends are my favourite ways to spend my time. I'm a Mommy of 2 young children who I adore and so I truly understand the need for wellness and selfceare time as a busy Momma. You'll find me teaching yoga at wellness festivals, on the beach,in parks, come along for fun and tea chats after. 3 years ago today, we arrived in Cornwall 😍✨
We left Ireland, packed up our whole lives, bundled the little ones into the car, drove across the country and took the long ferry over.
It was an adventure. A beautiful & tiring adventure & one big leap as a family.

At the time, life in Ireland was actually going really well. My yoga career was taking off , teaching yoga for high-profile corporate companies like Facebook, representing , guiding big yoga events and feeling like everything I’d worked for was finally flowing. And then… we chose to start again.
From scratch. In Cornwall. No family living there, & only knowing just 1 couple before we arrived.

I’ll share more another day about why we made that decision and what pulled us here, (too tired right now) but for now… I’m just so endlessly grateful that we did.

Cornwall has welcomed us with the widest open arms.
A Celtic nation surrounded by breathtaking beaches, wild coastline, the kindest people, and a magic you can feel in your bones. We’ve built a beautiful community, friendships for life, memories with the kids that I’ll treasure forever.

In my career, too, I feel so , so lucky (I do work hard) but having fully booked classes and events filled with the most wonderful souls, working privately as a yoga teacher and sound healer for a Spice Girl in her holiday home, teaching at festivals with the whole family on stage, Thomas DJing, the kids dancing… it’s been a joy.

The kids are so happy here. Thomas is thriving in his DJing doing what he loves. Not a single day goes by that I don’t feel pure gratitude for trusting my gut, taking the leap, and beginning again…

But I also want to say this, it’s not without sacrifices.
Life isn’t perfect here , life isn’t perfect anywhere is it. There are still challenges we navigate.. But it has been absolutely worth it & more & it’s all just part of our journey 🫶🏻✨

So maybe this is your reminder today. If something in your gut is nudging you… listen.
If your heart is whispering that you need a change whether it’s a new job, a new place, a new chapter, then TAKE THE LEAP, you never know what magic is waiting on the other side.

I’m officially a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator with Somatic Healing entwined.
I’m proud & very excited to share this powerful modality with you all. I’ve been teaching breathwork in my yoga classes for years but CCB. Is a different form of breathwork.

When you practice something like Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) and gently expand your window of tolerance you’re literally retraining your nervous system to feel safe enough to stay present with life, instead of reacting to it.

So in daily life:
• You pause before reacting.
• You can stay calm in situations that used to overwhelm you.
• You respond instead of react therefore becoming less reactive.
It’s like pressing the reset button for your entire nervous system.

It’s also absolutely fascinating that our bodies can produce their own benzodiazepine-like compounds.
The very chemicals that pharmacies bottle up to calm and heal us. We can tap into this natural system through our breath.
Everything we need to soothe, heal, and balance ourselves is already inside us. Our nervous system isn’t just responding to the world, it’s actually equipped with its own pharmacy. We just need to learn how to access it.

Learning how to guide people through this powerful modality has opened up a whole new layer of healing and connection for me, and I cannot wait to share it with you all.

✨What a way to start a Monday ✨

My classes always begin with some breathwork 😮‍💨
A chance to let go of the busyness of life, the to-do lists, and all the noise we carry when we arrive on the mat. Through conscious breathing, we anchor into the body, infuse every cell with oxygen and energy, and find a deep sense of presence before we move. 🌬️

Yesterday we practiced Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) It’s my daily go to with so many verity benefits. It’s a beautiful & simple breath technique.
Some of the benefits included are 👇🏻

✨Calms the mind and reduces stress and anxiety by harmonising the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

In a beautiful, heated space by the ocean, you’ll be guided through some gentle breathwork to ground your energy and help regulate your nervous system, before settling into a blissful sound bath. 🌊

Simply lie down, get cosy with your blankets, pillows, and eye masks, with candle light & fairy lights and allow the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments to wash over you.

How I cure my hangover 🍷✨😝

Friday nights are always date night for myself & Thomas. Some wine, all the nibbles, proper catch-ups & some laughs 💛

I woke up this morning feeling a bit rough (not hanging, just a bit meh 😅). So I took myself to an epic calisthenics class and I felt an instant energy boost. I left feeling so good 😊

On the way home I thought, right, time to put something good into my body 🥬 so I grabbed bits for a green juice. I’ve been slacking since the seasons changed with my green juices. I’m great with them in spring and summer, but I’ve fallen off lately. Bonus is
the kids love them too because the frozen pineapple makes them taste sweet 🍍

Healthy habits really do have ripple effects. Doing something good for your body doesn’t just make you feel good in that moment, it then sets the tone for the rest of your day… 👌🏻

Now I’m feeling fresh, buzzing, hydrated, and excited for pumpkin picking with the kids 🎃. Later tonight I’m doing a little breathwork & sound healing session on Thomas (I can’t wait 😌) a different kind of date night.

Of course, I’m not perfect some days I do want to lounge, eat rubbish, and chill out completely. And that’s okay too. But I know which choices make me feel high on life rather than stuck in a low vibration. And today, I’m choosing the good stuff ✨
