Do men really age better?
Let’s unpack the myth

It’s not that men don’t age, they absolutely do.Same wrinkles, same loss of collagen, same UV damage. Skin is skin. But the difference? Often it’s perception.

➡️ Society tends to associate grey hair and lines in men with “wisdom” or “character”, whereas women are often held to harsher standards of youth and perfection.
➡️ Evolutionary psychology plays a role too, traits like status, confidence and stability (which often come with age) are seen as desirable in men.
➡️ Plus, men usually start with thicker skin and more collagen, but trust us, that doesn’t last forever.

Men age too. They just get away with more.
