So I had a little trip to A&E yesterday due to a bad chest infection, bloods and X-ray done due to wheezing, antibiotics given. Even as a nurse I hate having to take medication and I have been using as many natural remedies as possible to help, some of my favourites this weekend have been my thieves chest rub and thieves essential oils by however I have to wait on a food shop for the rest of my goodies to make up my immune bombs and other bits. Have to admit my winter preparations have been a bit lax so I thought I’d start a new page sharing what I use and how they can help.
