Gifting lucky red envelopes is a tradition in our club. It is a gesture of gratitude and to wish others well. The content is usually money, but I follow a temple tradition and I gift something else.

Today we looked at the process to balance and kick well. Part of this is to understand the basics. We also looked at static Qigong and why they are worth doing. They are uncomfortable at first, but it'll get better.

This week has been very cold. The snow has gone, but it is still cold. Thanks to all who attended the first Saturday class of the year.

Despite being on annual leave, it has been a busy day. I went through some of the application. Then later the new class. Enthusiasm and a good sense of humour is important. Don't be too hard on yourself. It is early days and who is perfect from day 1?
