A little local love this birthday week… “Aging like a fine wine… or at least that’s what I’ll be telling people on Sunday.” 👀

With my birthday this Sunday, it feels only right to share something special happening locally.

Introducing Nick’s Coffee ☕opening Summer 2026 at the top of Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells.

A beautifully curated, independent space focused on specialty coffee (see images), paired with a selection of pastries and sweet treats, including a very exciting collaboration with a former Tunbridge Wells baker now making serious waves over in the Oxford/Bicester area.

Expect a refined bagel menu (yes… Brick Lane level), alongside a smoothie offering with some unique, elevated additions.

It’s giving… effortless, bougie, and exactly what our little corner of Tunbridge Wells deserves.

There’s something quite powerful about businesses coming together, not just to offer a service, but to create an experience people genuinely feel.

Education Wednesdays 🤍

As the warmer months start creeping in, so does something many people quietly struggle with… excessive sweating.

For some, it’s a mild inconvenience. For others, it can impact confidence, clothing choices, and even day-to-day comfort.

This treatment works by gently reducing the activity of the sweat glands in targeted areas, helping you stay dry, comfortable, and confident, even on those warmer days.

A little personal note from me…
The reason I got into aesthetics wasn’t just about skin or ageing, it was this.

I’ve had hyperhidrosis on my forehead, and I know exactly what it feels like to constantly worry about it. I used to wear bandanas daily and would feel anxious in warm environments, dreading comments like “are you okay?” or “you’re sweating a lot.”

Happy post-Easter weekend 🐰 Sorry the hair is hairing today 💥

Up at 5am for a long walk with Willow (jury’s still out on whether she forgave me). Followed by an hour in the gym and a swim to balance out… let’s just say a very indulgent weekend 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫

But no guilt here ... it’s all about balance.
Now it’s Tuesday, and we’re back to it.

Off to see some beautiful clients for a little spring refresh… exactly how I like to start the week.
