My fat knee and reiki…12 days later. It’s been a tough 12 days, I’m not gonna lie. Not being able to walk, drive, or really get out the house has been so challenging. All the small things we take for granted. Also pain and little sleep, and a lot of bum shuffling! I’ve been doing reiki daily, which has really helped with my overall mood, particularly anxiety, and swelling, and a ritual to start the day. I also had an amazing breath work session with , learning techniques to help calm my anxiety, and manage my pain. her book you can heal your life talks about emotional meaning behind disease and injuries. Knees issues relate to fear, stubbornness, and inflexibility. I’ve been reflecting on this whilst healing, and looking at ways in which I have acted in this way. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and positives have, and will continue to happen. I am so grateful to my wonderful friends, family, and kindness of strangers who have offered lifts, food, tea, drugs, and ear and a shoulder (literally). Some images from this week 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
