It’s happening! Tomorrow I will start practicing at The Light Centre in Belgravia. I first visited the centre over 20 years ago when I started working in the civil service, with my friend Sophia who is now one of my best friends. We used to go for yoga sessions after work, and then sounds baths. I’ve always loved the space and the energy around the area is amazing, wonderful cafes and restaurants spiralling into the streets.

Last year whilst meditating I had a vision that I would be practicing reiki at the Light Centre. This was delayed slightly but a broken knees, other work, life, but I’m not letting that stop me.

I always knew that one day I would be back there in some capacity. I am so excited that my dream of practicing reiki in London is coming true. I feel so blessed!

Maybe you have a dream or something that you’ve always wanted to do and doubting yourself. Just go for it! You can do it! We only regret the things we didn’t do!

Today is world sleep day.

There is now an overwhelming body of evidence that highlights how vital a good nights sleep is to our health and longevity.

Today marks the 100th anniversary of Mr Usui death, the man who first discovered reiki whilst meditating on Mt Kurama in Japan, over 100 years ago. What a huge legacy and gift he has given to the world by discovering, teaching and practicing reiki.

The Little Reiki Shed is open! It’s great to be back, after a challenging few weeks. I’m so grateful to all my lovely clients, and can’t wait to see you all again soon!

Going forward I will be offering treatments on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and wednesday daytime. A new booking system will be available soon! Please DM me if you would like to make a booking!
