What Does the Role Involve?
As a Support Worker, you’ll travel between clients’ homes to provide personalised care and companionship. Key responsibilities include:
-Supporting clients with personal care and administering medication.
-Helping individuals with community activities to promote independence.
-Building strong relationships that enrich both your life and theirs.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who are:
-Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable.
-Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for client visits.
-Comfortable working in homes with pets (many of our clients have beloved cats and dogs).
-Strong communicators with good written skills.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
-Experience in healthcare or end-of-life care.
-Current DBS clearance on the update system.
