This 41 year old lady works in the aesthetics industry and was referred to me on recommendation after disatisfaction with her previous SMAS lift. Definitely not the worst revision case I’ve seen and I see many (a little ear pole distortion, scar migration and neck failure) but she wanted better definition and mid facelift, so we undertook secondary surgery even though she is still relatively young. Here she is 10 months out delighted with her result!! Honestly this was trickier than it looks, half her neck platysma muscle was missing from her first surgery which needed some advanced repair techniques but despite this her outcome couldn’t be better!! I so grateful that despite me trying to dissuade her to have secondary surgery she insisted I revise her previous work and honestly couldn’t be prouder of her beautiful outcome. She looks utterly beautiful and I’m sou proud she allowed me to share ⭐️ what do you think?

Bex .rebeccaboysrowe_na has worked alongside me for years, I don’t do any non surgical work myself so she is the Queen of non surgicals in our practice. This means she’s tried everything over the years so when she asked me to lift her a few years ago I said no, not enough laxity, can’t do it safely with the sculptra adhesions. That changed 8 weeks ago when she underwent a deep plane and brow. The new deeper plane I am just about to publish made this possible. It’s transformed my results and Bex is the proof. Look at the improvement around her mouth and marionettes - almost impossible to achieve this with a lift only a year ago. It’s exciting. Even so dissecting through that tough sculptra scar left her lip a little sleepy for a few weeks. Ignore anyone who says otherwise. It can make surgery more traumatic. Bex couldn’t look better and looks younger than when we first starting working together a decade ago 🤩.

When a fellow medical professional asks you to help it hits a little different. That is exactly what 72 year old David did. He wanted rid of his facial and neck skin excess whilst retaining his masculinity and looking unoperated. Here he is just 4 weeks after deep plane facelift necklift, orbicularis revectoring upper blepharoplasty browlift and lower eyelid CO2 laser. Still in the early stages of healing but already looking fantastic - fresher but not feminised, proportionate but not pulled - this is male facelift surgery that will be totally inconspicuous. It’s an honour to share is result, men tend to not and that makes him a total superstar ⭐️

After 5 years we did it!!! ✨ Stacey has been coming to see me for years under confident and longing to discover what lay beneath in her neck for medical and health reasons we postponed and deferred until the time was right and yesterday we found out and her neckline is gorgeous!! At 41, she has had more than her fair share of medical issues waited until the optimum time then safely undertook a deep plane facelift deep neck contouring browlift and laser resurfacing. I literally couldn’t be happier for her, just 9 days out she is early in healing but where she is headed is in no doubt!Blessed with the most beautiful eyes her features have been lovingly and meticulously sculpted to bring out their best. Facial rejuvenation is a journey of trust, patience and healing and getting Stacey safely over the line fills my cup! Please give her some love and support she really deserves it and is courageous and generous to share. She also gave one of the most wonderful cards I have ever received which I shall treasure ❤️🦋

This utterly beautiful 55 yr old is one of four Australians 🦘🇦🇺who have flown around the world to see me for surgery in the past few weeks. Sometimes I pinch myself- what a privilege!! 😊
She was looking to freshen her appearance and remove some of the tiredness whilst retaining her natural genetic features. Nothing crazy just putting back what was once before just a little better. She underwent a deep plane facelift with my new deeper plane technique (writing it up now), a deep neck reduction, orbicularis revectoring browlift, fat preserving upper blepharoplasty and full face C02 laser resurfacing. This is the morning after!!! I couldn’t be more excited for her. I’m so lucky to have such brilliant patients who inspire me, put their trust in me and who travel to me from all over so that we can do this journey together. When she said she would like to share I couldn’t have been happier. What a superstar 😍🦋.

There can be no greater honour than your friend a colleague asking you to do the procedure which he has anaesthetised for you 1000’s of times! Andy is 72 and was there with me right from the start of my practice. After retiring a few years ago he asked me to freshen him up for his next 72 years. Recently he underwent deep plane facelift, neck reduction lateral browlift, reduction of upper lid fat pads after previous surgery and lower eyelid CO2 laser. Here he is 12 hours after!! Men are an increasing proportion of my practice which is a massive change from a few years ago. I published on Male facelifts last year and in the last few weeks have done 4 male lifts. The times a changing! Men bleed more which is why he has the temporary stitching in the neck and under the chin, which are the only places skin has been separated, the colloquially named preservation deep plane that we also published last year. Papers on last slide. After over two decades working together, three if I count the public hospital sector, I’m so happy to do this for my friend. Happy healing Andy!!

A little late but better late than never! this was one of 7 panels, a few lectures and a facelift cadaveric workshop at the recent American academy of facial plastic surgery meeting in LA. The standard of facial aging surgery has come so far in such a short amount of time. That’s because until our cohort, progressing the art was competitive, territorial and frankly repetitive. Through colleagiality, camaraderie, peer scrutiny, sharing of ideas and collaboration all ships rise and the global benchmark of facelift surgery has risen. I’m proud of these friends and other co-panelist’s .md many others too long to list for sharing our mutual
love of aesthetic excellence and safety. I’m proud to represent this rainy little island 🇬🇧☔️ stateside but most of all I’m proud of all the surgeons who came to learn, share and improve outcomes for our patients. We are in a golden age of facelift surgery - it’s unique with a global dream team of thought leaders and innovators aligned in putting outcomes before profit. And this platform shows the elevated outcomes we are all now enjoying.
Annnndddd…. A special thank you to my US bestie for housing me, feeding me, driving me, boating me and frankly aging me 20 years in 7 days. 😁 When talent and energy were given out he skipped the queue and went back twice. A heart of gold and brain bigger than his head can hold. Until next year in Vegas my brothers and sisters.

I love this transformation!!! 🤗❤️ This 60 year old (yes really!) was one of the first cases that we did this summer as I teach to be an elite facelift surgeon. In fact we did her surgery together the first week he started his fellowship in April and look at her now!! She returned recently looking simply gorgeous. 3 months after deep plane face, deep neck, lateral brow, a little earlobe reduction and full face CO2 laser she not only looks younger but fresher, more vibrant and prettier. That’s always the goal with surgery, erasing the signs of stress and enhancing natural beauty. And no one would know - zoom in! I’m so happy we had the opportunity to help her and as number 1 of 15 appreciate the trust she placed on us in this process. Results will be coming through quickly now 😊🦋.

This result is just 4 little weeks after Bonita 55 was selected to be 1 of 15 cases where and I did her surgery together. A deep plane face lift, deep neck sculpting, buccal fat reduction upper blepharoplasy and browlift has totally brought her visible sparkle back! Not the easiest neck it was recontoured and rebuilt in layers. This lady lights up any room even before her surgery, so kind and gentle and always smiles with her eyes, now those beautiful blue eyes are perfectly framed! It’s early days and as swelling goes this is going to be even better! I can’t wait to share her final outcome and am grateful she had faith in this process.

Melissa is 56 and working in the industry and has followed my work for years. She recently was 1/15 training cases that and I did together. Here she is 4 weeks out. Her super lax neck skin is tidied up and her facial proportions amplify her natural feminine beauty. She wasn’t an easy case, a skin laxity disorder and various previous nonsurigical treatments raised the complexity But a month on after deepplane facelift, necklift, deep neck reduction browlift and upper eyelid with fat transposition surgery and laser she looks a fresher better version of herself 🦋✨.
