Welcome to a multi-sensory sound healing journey with Pernilla, where you'll be immersed in the nurturing sound and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, shamanic instruments, and voice.
Join us in a small group setting in a beautiful sacred space smudged with Palo Santo. Soft lightning and essential oils create a calming, distraction-free atmospere. Brief, individual hands-on Reiki is offered to enhance your experience (optional).
Reiki is a gentle energy practice that helps clear blockages, restore harmony, and support the body’s natural healing process. Received with hands on or off, or by distance, it nurtures emotional wellbeing and brings a profound sense of inner calm.
Sound has been used for healing across cultures since ancient times, transcending religion and belief systems. Modern research supports its many holistic benefits — from reducing stress and enhancing emotional balance to improving mental clarity and deepening spiritual connection.

Part of Bhakti Yoga, Kirtan is a devotional, heart-opening practice of call-and-response chanting, blending music, ancient mantras, and meditation to calm the mind and uplift the spirit.

We gather in a beautiful venue with yoga mats and bolsters provided for sitting on the floor. Feel free to bring a chair if you prefer.

Open to all - a non-religious, inclusive practice. No singing experience necessary; we chant together for healing, connection, and fun — your voice is perfect as it is!

Limited spaces, please book your ticket in advance.

Tickets are non refundable, but you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend if you can’t attend.

Join us in a small group setting in a cozy and peaceful space smudged with Palo Santo. Soft lightning and essential oils create a calming, distraction-free atmosphere.

We begin the evening by sharing ceremonial Cacao, a beautiful plant medicine that gently opens the heart, enhances intuition, and deepens connection with your inner self and others. A guided opening meditation helps everyone connect with the energy of the cacao and set their own personal intentions.

As the cacao begins to work its gentle magic, you’ll be invited to relax fully — opening your heart to receive the healing power of sound. Soothing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, koshi chimes, and shamanic instruments will flow through you, guiding you deeper into your inner journey.

Oracle cards will be available at the end of the session to support greater insight and reflection.
