Due to essential maintenance work being carried out in our Covent Garden pharmacy please see our revised opening times over Christmas and New Year.

There will not be any available collections during the closure with the last opportunity to collect remedies being up to 1pm on Wednesday 24th until we reopen this branch.

The London phone number will not be in use during this time so please call 01892 537254. Alternatively you can contact us by all the other usual methods and placing orders via our website is the best option during busy periods.

We hope to be able to open the shop in Covent Garden from 2nd January but please check again for any further updates.

Thank you to all our customers for your understanding and patience whilst we had to close due to a water outage in the Tunbridge Wells area. We are pleased to report that we are now able to open fully including our pharmacy shop. Due to the backlog of orders there may be a short delay in sending orders out but will do our very best. Our phones understandably are very busy and you may experience a longer wait than usual. If you are able, please place your orders on our website. Helios offers great acute advice on our phone lines or via email but quite often a customer will be referred for a full consultation with a Homeopath for a chronic condition. The Faculty of Homeopathy are offering Free consultations at their student training clinic. Contact the Faculty for further details.

Free homeopathic consultations are available with the Faculty of Homeopathy Student Training Clinic.

The consultation will be online with a trainee homeopath (who is also a qualified healthcare professional) supervised by a highly experienced medical homeopath.

Our next available appointments are on Friday 12 December 2025 and Friday 27 February 2026.

If you decide to take part in the Faculty’s Student Training Clinic you will receive homeopathic treatment and at the same time do your part to help the Faculty with training the homeopaths of the future.

Helios Homeopathy is celebrating it’s 39th birthday today!

Founded in 1986 by John Morgan and 4 enthusiastic homeopathic students, Helios began its work, at the Tunbridge Wells pharmacy, to create a new source of potent, accurate and effective remedies. Today with John still at the forefront of the business, Helios now has a bank of more than 3,800 remedies and has 80 dedicated staff in both our Tunbridge Wells and Covent Garden pharmacies.

We are very proud that today we remain fully committed to making homeopathic remedies of the highest quality and are able to send these to over 140 countries, often dispatching in excess of 650 orders daily.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our wonderful and loyal customers, some of whom have been with us since the start, and all our colleagues, past and present, who have made all of this possible over the past 39 years.
