Where has time gone... it’s now over 10 years practising massage therapy! Within this time I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in various types of massage treatments from holistic, deep tissue, sports, injury rehabilitation to Myofascial Release for chronic pain just to name a few! This extensive toolkit allows me to create individual treatment plans that are bespoke to you. I use a fusion of different types of massage techniques, orthopaedic testing and range of movement tests to help remedy a problem or if it's for you to just touch base with yourself, then use one...
