🌟SARAH..YOU’VE ONLY GONE AND DONE IT AGAIN! 🌟

Just seven weeks ago we were cheering our lovely Sarah for reaching her incredible 4 stone milestone… and today she’s smashed straight through to a phenomenal 4½ stone lost! Wohooo 🎉

This is what steady, supported, joyful slimming looks like. No pressure. No punishment. No giving up when life gets busy. 🙌🏼

Just Sarah showing up, trusting the plan, leaning into her group, and proving week after week that real change happens when you believe you deserve it.

Her sparkle, her humour, her honesty, her heart… it all shines through in everything she does. And watching her confidence grow has been one of the greatest privileges of our year so far. 💞

Two Together… Even From the Beach! 😉🌊☀️✈️

And our final together of the day goes to Ruth & Sarah with Ruth joining us virtually from her sunshine escape 😉🏝️☀️ while our amazing Sarah held the fort in group! These two incredible sisters have lost 8 stone between them and their support for each other (and everyone else!) is just phenomenal.

Yes, 7am on a Saturday and our fabulous Two Together duo Frankie & Ann were right there with us!

Between them they’ve lost 4 stone (2 stone each!) with Ann now at Target 🎯 and Frankie still smashing his journey with determination and heart.

What a team. What a morning. What a way to kick off the weekend! Yeahhh! 💪🏼✨
