A highly unusual case at

This patient presented with a very depressed neck scar following a previous tracheostomy, which left her feeling understandably self-conscious. Using a 4-layer reconstruction technique, we were able to carefully reposition the muscle layers to restore contour and correct the defect.

We’re looking forward to seeing her progress and sharing follow-up results in clinic soon.

Deviated Nose Rhinoplasty

Another very happy patient following rhinoplasty. She initially presented with nasal airway obstruction and also wished to correct her dorsal hump.

On assessment, she was found to have under-rotation of the nasal tip, short medial crura, and a receding chin. Although chin augmentation was discussed, she chose not to proceed with this at the same time.

Surgery focused on realigning and centralising the nasal septum and nasal bones, while sculpting the nasal tip to harmonise with the new dorsum. This achieved both a significantly improved airway and a more balanced, aesthetically pleasing nose.

What a lovely surprise to see this patient again, 2.5 years after her surgery.
She originally presented with an upturned, “piggy” type nose. Using extension and gentle downward rotation, we created a more balanced, natural nasal shape.

It’s a unique nose with an excellent long-term result, a true transformation that not only refined her features, but also greatly boosted her confidence.
