Today is World Stray Animals Day, a time to show love, attention and compassion to less fortunate animals.

A feral animal is a domestic species born in the wild, while a stray was abandoned or lost.
There are millions of stray animals in the World and millions get euthanized every year because they don't find a home.
So, the first thing you can do to help these animals is sterilizing your pets. Why produce more cats and dogs when so many are desperate for a home? Head to your local shelter if you want to adopt one instead of buying. Then, microchip your pets, so you can find them easily if they get lost.
