Can you read this and relate?

I have been seating for days now in front of my computer, but today my body wanted to move, and my mind was more than happy to follow, I wanted to fall into the deep consistency of my breathing and the rhythm of my body, so I went for an early morning run …. I was so happy to see the beautiful blue sky, the green trees and the lake, I didn’t think or felt how cold it was, and all my senses are now fully awake, I feel alive.
