Our beautiful patient Stephanie, a 43-year-old businesswoman who had a Tummy Tuck with 🙌

After her weight loss surgery in 2016, she grappled with feeling insecure about the loose skin that remained on her stomach after her remarkable weight loss journey:

One of the most helpful things when considering surgery is seeing what recovery actually looks like. Not just the final result, but the stages in between.
Our lovely patient documented her journey after a Tummy Tuck with Lower Body Lift, sharing honest updates along the way. From the early swelling and adjusting to compression … to getting back to the gym, seeing shape return, and finally feeling fully healed.
Every week brings small changes. Posture improves, swelling settles, scares mature, and confidence slowly returns.
By week 12 to 14, you can really start to see the definition coming through and the body settling beautifully.
Recovery is a process, but seeing progress like this reminds us why patience is so important.

One year post Deep Plane Facelift and Deep Plane Neck Lift, our patients’ results have beautifully settled. The tightness has softened, swelling has reduced, and her face now looks rested, lifted, and naturally contoured.

When Silvana, a 33-year-old businesswoman, gave birth to her daughter 19 months ago, she could never have imagined the lingering effects that just one pregnancy 🤰🏾(and over a year’s worth of breastfeeding) would have on her body.

Tummy transformation 😍

After losing an incredible six stone, our lovely patient was left with loose skin that no amount of training could improve.

To help restore shape and balance to her body, she underwent a circumferential tummy tuck with outer thigh lift with .amirnakhdjevani ✨

During surgery we removed excess skin around the abdomen, repaired the muscles to create a flat, tight stomach, lifted the outer thighs to smooth dips and improve contour, and performed a mons lift and reduction to create a more harmonious shape. 😍

By lifting and tightening all the way around the body, we were also able to lift the buttocks and sculpt the sides and lower back with liposuction, creating a beautifully smooth contour from the waist down onto the thighs. 🙌

3 Things that make a good Tummy Tuck 👇

✨ 1. Muscle repair - Muscle repair should be done with any tummy tuck surgery if required! If it’s not included, then it’s not a good Tummy Tuck 🙅‍♀️

✨2. Shape and sculpting - Make sure your surgeon’s results are in good proportion, and the tummy is nicely sculpted 💃

✨3. Belly button shape - Everyone wants to know what their belly button will look like after surgery, a good belly button will have good shape with minimal scarring. It is essential to a good Tummy Tuck!

“I woke up and thought… oh my gosh. I’ve actually got b***s now.” ✨

Ellie had wanted this for years. She always felt out of proportion and just wanted her body to feel balanced in clothes, in bikinis, in herself.
