I’m a huge believer in testing the potential of our bodies and am constantly fascinated by the extraordinary things the human body can do BUT I don’t think we spent enough time recovering and giving our body the TLC it deserves... I’d love to work alongside more Personal Trainers to offer their clients a more rounded and holistic experience from their training. The impact of an excellent PT and Sports massage therapist together can educate clients on recovery through Sports Massage in order to get the most from their bodies when they are training hard. Great day of learning for at today as part of the Level 4&5 Sports Massage Course. Focus on postural analysis for identifying imbalances and areas of tightness/compensation. As sportspeople, our posture is something that we sometimes forget about or just accept! A good postural analysis followed with a clear treatment plan can alleviate multiple issues and help to prevent injury and benefit your performance, whatever your sport is!
