Remember to enter the RECIPIENT’s email address when prompted, and the delivery date - and Santa will pop the gift card in their inbox at 9am on the date of your choice.

If you’d like a printed gift card to go alongside the digital one, these are available at no extra cost. Just complete the request form online after checkout and they’ll be sent off via first class post. If you’d like to collect in person, final collection date is THU 18th DECEMBER. Printed gift cards will be unavailable after this date but digital ones are available 24/7 for all your last-minute stocking filling needs. Xx

I’m away from Monday 10th March celebrating my 40th birthday! Treatments resume Tue 1st April.

You can book and manage appointments, purchase and redeem gift cards online - just follow the link in your booking confirmation and gift card emails.

I’ll be available via email during this time for anything urgent but where possible please use the booking system to manage your appointments, and allow a delay in response due to the time difference and the fact that I will be busy sipping rum from a coconut.

Online booking is currently open 8 weeks in advance 🙂

Thank you all for your lovely messages in response to my temporary closure update and the recent passing of my father. I am still with my family in Australia, but can now confirm The Zen Den reopening dates.

Sessions are available to book between Fri 21st February - Thu 6th March. I will then be closed through March, reopening again on Tuesday 1st April (normal schedule resumes at this time).

All gift card expiry dates have been updated to reflect the closure, and they are valid for use with their respective remaining validity periods from 1st April 2025. All gift card recipients have now been emailed individually confirming the new expiry date of their card.

The booking system is now open, and you can currently book up to three months ahead. From late February, this will reduce back to the normal booking period of 6 weeks ahead.

I am still available on WhatsApp if you need any assistance, however, where possible please use the online booking system to book and manage appointments.

Thank you again for your patience during this time. I’m looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
