We’re delighted to announce the return of our popular Advanced Applied Anatomy Training, now in its 8th intake and always evolving!

This extensive, in-depth training is invaluable for Yoga and Pilates teachers, teachers in training, and dedicated movers. It’s also suitable and relevant for Gym Instructors and Personal Trainers.

During this year-long course, you’ll gain the depth of insight to safely and knowledgeably support clients through all aspects of their movement evolution.

Meeting one Sunday a month from November 2025 - October 2026.

We’re thrilled to announce the return of our Advanced Applied Anatomy training, now in its 8th intake and always evolving.

Suitable for all movement tutors, yoga teachers, PT’s and others interested in learning more about the human body.

Starting 2nd November, and meeting for 10 full Sunday sessions across one full year of shared learning, peer support and tutor guidance.

This course is both experiential and fact-rich, with a playful mix of PowerPoint presentations, real-life scenarios, hands-on experimentation and lots of Q&As.

Led by Osteopath Ben Parker in partnership with his wife, Senior Yoga Teacher and Psychotherapist Lucy Parker. You’ll be expertly guided into all things anatomy with insight, experience, wisdom and wit.

Included in the 10 full days of training are 90 CPD hours (made up of 70 contact hours and 20 non-contact hours (2 hours of self-learning per session) as well as a 100-page colour & bound manual and peer support in addition to tutor support.
The full cost is £1,200, with a 10% Early Bird Discount available until 31st July.

Move and get into your body with a mindful yoga flow followed by a deeply restful yoga nidra and receive the healing benefits of reiki.

Join Caroline tomorrow for two hours of movement and deep restorative rest.

Yoga Flow ~ Join me for a nourishing yoga practice to stimulate energy to flow and begin to remove any blockages to the flow of energy in your body.

Yoga Nidra ~ I will then guide you through a meditative yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation. After lying down and getting comfortable and warm the practice allows you to draw your attention inwards. We will learn to float between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where your body finds its natural state of equilibrium – the breath balances, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into a state of deep, blissful awareness.

Reiki ~ Reiki is a gentle form of healing energy which is channelled through the practitioner. Caroline is a qualified Reiki practitioner and will gently allow you to receive Reiki by placing her hands on your shoulders and allowing the Reiki energy to flow. As the Reiki flows, it will begin to balance subtle energies within your body, bringing a feeling of harmony and well-being.

HEADS UP - TIME TO STAND & STARE!

We all need to take a break sometimes, and so we’re doing just that for one week in June.

Flow will be closed from Friday, June 6th, to Friday, June 13th.

This will be time to reflect, to rest, and spend time with family. We honestly can’t wait to disconnect in order to reconnect with a different pace for a while.

We’ll be ready, refreshed & rejuvenated to welcome you back to the studio from Saturday, the 14th.

TEEN YOGA IS BACK!

We’re thrilled to bring our hugely popular Teen Yoga courses back to Flow. Starting 18th June and meeting weekly on Wednesdays at 4.30-5.30 pm.

All classes are bookable as part of a term-time course. The courses are structured specifically to meet the needs of teenagers, teaching them yoga postures and sequences, breathing practices and meditation/relaxation.

The course is recognised as part of your Duke of Edinburgh ‘Skill’ section, or purely enjoyed as an extracurricular practice after school to wind down after a busy day.

All classes are taught by Alica, a senior yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience.

Alicia’s classes are about giving teenagers time to rest their bodies and minds and connect with others in a non-competitive setting where they can be themselves in a supportive space.

Did you know that a fertilised egg is almost 98% water and a newborn baby is about 90% water?

As we grow older, our bodies solidify, and, in most of us, the water level drops to about 70%.

When it comes to fluidity, movement is the key. The body, much like water, thrives in continuous, adaptable movement rather than rigidity. As we age, our fascia- the connective web of our body- can become stiff and dry, but movement helps keep it supple and hydrated.

This workshop with Amy invites you to explore this natural fluidity; releasing tension and habitual patterns held in our body that create rigidity.

We will explore our ‘water-like’ movement and the interconnectedness of the fascia network in the body through yoga, breathwork, self-massage and somatics.

You will leave with a sense of freedom, ease and fluidity in both your body and mind.

Expect a dynamic flow that engages the core through breath-led movement, supporting better posture and overall strength.

With a mix of mindful activation, flowing sequences, and functional core work, this class will leave you feeling strong, centred, and connected—both on and off the mat.

Open to all levels, with variations to suit your practice.

Daisy says, “Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up as a competitive dancer and cheerleader. My classes are about feeling, not performing. Expect a balance of strength and softness, structure and fluidity, and always with the intention of cultivating presence, awareness, and joy in movement. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me reading, running, listening to music and podcasts, or spending quality time with family and friends making special memories.”

YAY! We’re overjoyed to announce that we’ve made it to the finals of this year’s Muddy Awards for BEST WELLBEING SPECIALIST.

This is a fantastic recognition of all that we do to support the wellbeing of our local community, from our wonderful yoga classes to expert osteopathy and specialist counselling and therapy. It marks an important expansion and transition from our early days as only a yoga studio and recognises that Flow offers so much to so many.

“Who am I, what defines me?”

Introducing this new 5 part exploration into the Koshas with Greta Sani.

Most of us get stuck, not getting past the superficial aspects of ourselves: the shape of our bodies; strong, thin, our profession, relational; sister, mother or personality type; serious, funny etc. etc.

In the yoga tradition, to truly know your “self” requires an inward journey of self-discovery through the Pancha Koshas ( 5 sheaths). By exploring and peeling back each interconnected layer, from the dense to the more subtle, we follow a road map that guides us closer to the essence of who we are. And, with that awakening, the vulnerabilities associated with disconnection from wholeness begin to dissolve.

We are no longer a slave to the effects of surface change or the external environment. By coming home to our truth we begin to find ourselves empowered by a more expansive and universal state of being, a sense of resting in our own bliss. For five months, from April to August Greta invites you to take the steps to find your way back home to the “Self” and explore your layers of being.
