This feels especially meaningful because it’s the first time I’ve been nominated personally, not as Flow Tunbridge Wells.

Take a moment today, go outside, feel the sun on your face and the ground beneath your feet.

Breathe in the fresh air and allow the silence of Self remembering bring you back home to yourself in awe, gratitude, and celebration.

DON’T FORGET! Our full yoga class schedule is only running until the end of this month. After this time, you can still come to yoga with Lucy on Monday mornings at 9.30 am -booking ahead is essential.

Both Lucy and Ben will continue to offer you bespoke treatments either through Osteopathy with Ben or Counselling & Somatic IFS Therapy with Lucy.

It’s been an honour to welcome you all to our garden sanctuary since 2015. We feel blessed to continue working with you on an individual, entirely personal basis, meeting your needs and providing an informed, tailored and highly professional experience.

Have you heard of IFS?

A NEW CHAPTER FOR FLOW!

After 11 fabulous years, it’s time for Flow Tunbridge Wells to begin a new chapter and make some important & timely changes.

As such, this is the last month that we will be offering group yoga classes from the studio.

From 1st May, you will still find both Lucy & Ben doing what they love and continuing to flourish and thrive with you at Flow.

We’d like to thank our fabulous community of yogis for joining us over the years for yoga classes, workshops, retreats and trainings. We’ve had a blast, and we’re pretty sure you have too.

Now, it’s time for a new offering, a new focus and some new space to open up for us all.

Please enjoy the yoga studio this month, join a class and celebrate the many joys a regular yoga practice can bring us all.

Ben and Lucy will remain at your service for osteopathy, breathwork, meditation, movement, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.

It’s going to be different, and it’s going to be both as fabulous and focused as ever.

HAVE YOU EVER STOPPED TO THINK ABOUT IT?

What women mean to you? What it means to be a woman, to have women around, to experience being with a mother, daughter, sister?

I’m often struck by the powerful balance of women. Both strong and soft, gentle and fierce, bold and humble. It’s a source of wonder and awe to me to be a woman and to spend so much of my time in quiet reflection with women during my working day.

I’m also aware of the welcome voice of my Sons, reminding me of the powerful feminine force present in respectful men. The strength of the moon, hidden within us all, with its capacity to ebb and flow, wax and wane as the seasons of life require.

Today, rather than leap into a blanket celebration of all women, perhaps reflect a moment on the subtle force that is feminine and what it means to you to have women in your life.

On this Spring Day, we will join to celebrate the Spring Equinox and the emergence of the light and hope for brighter days. In his powerful poem, John O’Donohue asks us to ‘Awaken your spirit to adventure,’ and this day invites just that.

Not only will we be inspired by John’s poem, but in poetic symmetry to our recent Wintering Retreat Day, we will look to Katherine May’s book ‘Enchantment’ to help guide us through the wisdom of nature’s elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air.

A day to expand into pleasure, delight and joy of the new with the promise of optimism and grace that Spring heralds.

GET READY TO INTEGRATE & REGULATE WITH SPECIAL GUEST TEACHER JEAN HALL.

Friday 27th February, 10 am - 3 pm at Flow Tunbridge Wells.

Life moves fast, and our bodies often hold more than we realize - emotions, experiences, and stories waiting to be processed and understood.

Integrate & Regulate is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and come back home to yourself through breath, movement, and awareness.

In this workshop, we’ll move intentionally - weaving yoga, somatic exploration, and mindful rest to support the natural rhythms of your nervous system.

Through presence and curiosity, we’ll explore what it means to integrate.

Jean is an author, yoga teacher and somatic movement educator to both students and teachers alike in the UK and internationally.

As well as teaching for some 25 years, she also writes, mentors, and runs teacher training programs. As a Continued Education Provider, this workshop can be registered as CPD Hours with her if required; just let us know.
