My 3 simple tips for midlife women ↓

💧 Have a glass of water with a hot drink or your usual drink during the day - this soon adds up and helps with bloating, swelling and achy joints
☀️ Get out into morning light every day - this sets the circadian rhythm flow (the sleep - wake cycle)
🔄 Take 10 minutes to dance, walk, meditate anytime you need to close the stress cycle - this helps with anxiety building up and keeps the nervous system from tipping into overdrive
✔️ One minute move, get your tick - set a rule that you simply move everyday and build from there
