Yoga with Flic

Yoga with Flic Gentle Yoga classes in person and on-line. Total beginners are very welcome. And breathe :) I am a qualified 250 hr yoga teacher.

We bring inner peace, mindfulness and physical yoga poses together to help us on our journey through life. I first started practising yoga when I was 18 years old and it has been part of my life since. I am influenced by different styles and my teaching is a fusion of Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin and Nidra yoga. My aim is to live by the Eight Limbs of Yoga, the eight-fold path as described by the

ancient Indian philosopher Patanjali. Hence my yoga teaching is not just related to the physical aspect of practice but also contains elements of breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness.
