A corn is similar to callus, in that they’re a build up of hard skin, but corns can be so much more painful. This is because they’re smaller, deeper and they have a core made up of hard skin, which can compress nerves and feel sharp when pressure is applied.

They are caused by pressure and/or friction, usually as a result of shoes that don’t fit well, or from bone deformities. They’ll usually be found on bony areas, this particular one was at the base of the 5th metatarsal, which is quite a common place to find them!

There is no need to suffer, I can remove them quickly and painlessly!

Fungal nails are something I see every single day in my job, yet often people are so ashamed or embarrassed by them.

They are so much more common than you think, and absolutely not something to be ashamed of. If you have nails that are thick, yellow or brown, crumbling or coming away from the nail bed, it’s likely they’re fungal.

Don’t suffer in silence through embarrassment. I can help!

It’s important to be patient with nail fungus, as there is no quick-fix. But with regular foot care appointments and daily treatment at home, it’s something we can get on top of, together.

“I was too embarrassed/ashamed”

This is something I keep hearing from clients for the reason why they’ve put up with painful foot disorders.

An appointment with me is a safe, judgement free zone. Never deny yourself care because of embarrassment! Chances are, I’ve seen or smelt worse!

In addition to that,I LOVE a challenge or a transformation, making a positive change to your every day life is exactly why I do what I do.

And do you know what every embarrassed person says once they’ve had their first appointment? “I wish I’d contacted you sooner!”

Cancellations really do matter when you’re a small business 💛👣

When an appointment is booked, that time is set aside just for you. Late cancellations often can’t be filled at short notice, which means lost income and time that can’t be recovered — especially for a one-person business like mine.

That’s why I have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. It helps protect my business, allows me to plan my schedule properly, and keeps things fair for everyone.
If I’m able to fill the appointment, no fee is charged — because the goal isn’t to penalise, but to protect my time and livelihood.

Thank you so much to everyone who supports, understands, and respects these boundaries. It truly makes a difference 🤍👣

This can be used in the shower and it gently removes loose skin cells from the feet and legs using bamboo granules, jojoba wax and suga crystals

Seed corns (or Heloma Millare) are small, superficial corns that are caused by friction, pressure and dry skin. These can be very uncomfortable during weight-bearing activities, and can feel like you’ve got tiny stones in your shoe.

They also happen to be one of my favourite things to treat (I’m sure there’s stranger hobbies out there). I had a throughly enjoyable appointment this morning removing all these little things!

If you have a foot filled with seed corns, I might just be the wifey for you! I can remove them quickly and painlessly, and have you walking comfortably once more
