Welcome to Yoga at The Mount, with me... Amy!

I have been practicing yoga since 2016. Combining movement of the body and breath continues to have a distinct result to calm, focus and relax my mind. I love to make shapes, feel strong and flexible and challenge myself physically and I love to share that with others!

We have been busy renovating our (almost 200 year old) home, including restoring and transforming our coach house and coal shed into a beautiful yoga space. We are located on the outskirts of Tuxford next door to the famous Tuxford Windmill.

Classes are limited to 6 yogis offering a more personal and intimate practice.

Yoga mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are provided.

Toilet facilities and onsite parking available. See you on the mat!

We use props to assist up, support us and deepen into our postures. Blocks, bolsters, wheels and straps are today’s favourites shout out to my eldest son .t who will hopefully appreciate my choice in soundtrack today 😘

I was very lucky to teach beach yoga to a fantastic bunch from all over the world last week. Yoga brings us together. Flowing to the sound of the waves 🌊 🫶 🧘‍♀️ 🏖️
