Our New kids Dance Fit Fun class has now started - Mondays 4.30pm.There are a couple of places available if anyone else would like to come. Contact Nicky to register for a free trial class.

Classes and therapies begin again today, 5th Jan 26. There are Dance classes, Pilates, Meridian ( holistic pilates), Body movement for those wanting more one to one or specific help, Tai Chi & Qi Gong for all ages and abilities.
Next weeks event is Meditation on Wednesday 14th at 7pm
There are a couple of Reflexology appointments available on 14th with Clare Pal.
