A lovely welcome to ✨ Rameet Unadkat ✨ who's joining us to teach her spicy Pilates Classes

You can join Rameet for Pilates classes on Thursdays:
Strength & Mobility Pilates @ 11.30am
Power Pilates @ 12.30pm

Rameet is an amazing Pilates teacher with 20 years experience! With a background in classical Pilates and also an added layer of contemporary Pilates you can expect leaving her classes with not only the Pilates burn, but also feeling stronger with improved flexibility and posture. Mother of two, and an extensive knowledge of breathwork, she brings the perfect mind and body combo to her classes.

Katie has a great wealth of experience in all things fitness, her Barre Fitness classes bring a combination of ballet inspired movements, Pilates and yoga. A balanced combo of targeted, low-impact / high-reps movements that will help build endurance and strength all at once.
