What a wonderful way to spend my birthday. In a sauna with the best of friends catching up on life! This sauna is special though. Floating on the Thames with views across the river and a gentle sway. Super relaxing and feeling so close to nature. The cold plunge adds a layer of calm to the whole experience. Or atleast for me 😱.
Thank you Amy & Eddy for a fabulous experience. Already looking forward to the next one 😍.

Have you heard the phrase "you are what you eat"?

I’m sure you have. But just as important as what you eat is how you eat it.

So many people grab food on the go, barely giving it a second thought. The problem? This rushed way of eating skips a crucial stage of digestion – the cephalic phase.

This phase kicks in when you anticipate eating—your brain signals your digestive system to start producing stomach acid and enzymes, gearing up for proper digestion. It takes around 20-30 minutes and plays a vital role in how well you absorb nutrients and avoid digestive discomfort.

When we eat mindlessly or in a hurry, we miss this natural process, which can lead to bloating, sluggish digestion, and poor nutrient absorption.
