Humphrey ✈️ California → London, just for lenses.

This time, we worked on one of my all-time favourite collections ever produced by  the 'New Black' model from the 'Going Beyond Standards' capsule series, produced back in 2019. A pioneering moment where 3D-printed nylon met metal and acetate, blurring the line between eyewear, architecture, and wearable engineering. Avant-garde, technical, and unapologetically bold. Honestly… I’m still jealous I don’t own a pair myself.

With the steampunk DNA of this model, the lenses had to elevate the story.
We fitted an enhanced single-vision lens with a 20% blue tint and a red flash mirror. Striking indoors, expressive under light. Then we layered Dinamica Avion on top, so outdoors the lenses evolve into a deep, moody inky tone, making that red flash mirror come alive.

Katherine's first pair of glasses, and what a place to start.

The K5, aguably the most iconic shape in the entire K-Series collection. Bold, architectural, and full of presence. Yet softened beautifully here in this peach colourway, which works effortlessy with Katherine's skin tone and hair.

These were created as dedicated computer glasses. Long hours, constant meetings, screen after screen...So we built something that supports her vision and elevates how she feels wearing them. A solid, dependable frame that can handle the on and off rhythm of office life, without feeling ordinary.

Functional eyewear doesn't have to disappear. Sometimes, it deserves to he seen.

 K5 model. Probably the most iconic shape in the K Series. 

This limited edition colourway begins life in gloss black. Kuboraum then matte the front and partially down the temples, before carving their signature “scars” into the frame, intentionally cutting back through the matte to reveal the gloss beneath. The result is a raw, sculptural pattern that captures light across the frame. In real life, it’s mesmerising.

For the lenses, we built a bespoke solution around the client’s everyday needs.
Custom varifocals, clear indoors with a subtle golden drive coating to reduce glare and soften harsh light. Perfect for long hours behind the wheel. Step outside (or even stay in the car) and Transitions XTRActive Polarised Grey takes over, going super dark while polarisation cuts blinding glare with ease.

A frame that feels carved and Emotional, not manufactured.

We built these around bespoke varifocal lenses, finished with a subtle grey graduated tint. Just enough to soften everyday light, add a therapeutic calm, and keep the look effortlessly sharp. Under UV, Transitions® Grey takes over, delivering full protection while staying true to the frame’s clean, architectural presence.

To complete the story, we added our Glamour coating. Not a mirror. Not flash. A refined anti-glare finish with a gentle golden sheen that ties perfectly into the gold hardware, elevating the look while improving night vision by reducing halos and glare.

This pair was fitted with bespoke varifocal lenses and designed to move effortlessly from day to evening. A gentle 20% graduated brown tint adds warmth and contrast without overpowering the frame, while Dinamica brown deepens the shade outdoors. Relaxed, cosy, and beautifully balanced.

Finished with our Crystal Elite coating, keeping glare down and allowing the tint and craftsmanship to take centre stage.

An original CAZAL Eyewear - (Official) 217.
Stamped W. Germany.
Made before reunification, and before compromise.

Extremely rare to find in untouched condition, this piece came from deep within our private
vintage archives. Designed in the early ’80s, it carries all the bold intelligence of its era: architectural lens lines, a pronounced upper facet, and that unmistakable balance between excess and precision that defined Cari Zalloni’s vision.

For this client, we kept the frame exactly as it was intended to be.
The original lens shape was traced and replicated precisely, then re-engineered into a modern progressive lens. A subtle 10% indoor grey tint for everyday wear. The signature top facet preserved, because some details are non-negotiable.

Finished with a Dinamica grey photochromic, allowing the lenses to transition seamlessly into sunglasses, and a Crystal Elite coating for clarity, comfort, and anti-glare performance, without the unwanted hues.

This is a piece I’ve wanted for a long time.
And finding one of the very last Sentinel Masks, thanks to PARASITE, genuinely meant a lot to me.

As a collector, pieces like this blur the lines of what eyewear is and what it can be. It’s not about glasses anymore, it’s about imagination and feeling.

To me, this feels futuristic. Almost prophetic.
Pretty fitting in a world heading head-first into AI.
Maybe one day I’ll blend in wearing this alongside the robots.

For now? It reads as street style meets cyberpunk.
But there’s no denying it speaks a thousand emotions the moment you look at it, and completely transforms you as the wearer.

Love it or hate it… I’d genuinely like to know, because I geek out over this stuff.
