Join Catriona every Wednesday at 11am for mum and baby yoga - these classes are relaxed and gentle, including postnatal appropriate strengthening and stretching postures, interacting with your baby or with your baby beside you.
They may involve baby massage and breathing / relaxation (where possible!).
They will always include pelvic floor work and movements to alleviate tensions in the upper back!
Each class will be unique, as we go with the flow and our babies. Classes are appropriate for ladies 6 weeks plus with GP / midwife sign off. No prior yoga experience necessary.
