Pilates for Falls Prevention 🙏…. I have just finished a duo session with two of my lovely ladies , seniors . We’ve been working on falls prevention, stability , strength & balance . I was thrilled to hear .. that our lessons are working … 😁.. one of my ladies told me she nearly fell in her kitchen the other day 🫣.. she was expecting to land on the floor against her kitchen table (as she has previously done in the past ) … but to her surprise and relief she was still standing.. 🧍‍♀️ she puts this down to her Pilates sessions 💪🤗💙 and feels more confident in her balance and daily fitness.. I love my job and love the positive feedback back that comes with it 💙.. Pilates is definitely for life and all ages . 🍓
