A little trip this weekend was to the Pixar Experience and I was reminded of the beautiful film that is CoCo … not a film just for kids. It’s a beautiful reminder of the heartwarming relationship we can have with a farewell and it was inspired by the Mexican ‘Day Of The Dead’.

This nearly slipped me by…. Today marks ten years since I completed my Celebrant course. That means it won’t be long before I’ll be marking my first ever Funeral Service.
Perhaps I should arrange a celebration this spring! 🤩🥂

Thank you to the staff at Mortlake Crematorium, Celebrant Sarah for reading a poem, and especially to my young helper who gave out the daffodils to everyone at the end. Plus beautiful live music from the Ealing Wind Orchestra. 🌼🫶
