Join me on this 90-minute introductory workshop exploring mindfulness and learn simple tools to enhance your well-being!

As we prepare to step into a new season, get ready to approach life with a new mindset.

Connect with your body, breath, senses and allow yourself to experience this moment with your full awareness. You will learn easy to use practices to cope with worry, anxiety, stress and improve your mental and emotional well-being.

Using simple guided exercises, we will explore how to cultivate inner calm, positivity and resilience amidst the daily challenges of life. There will be opportunities to reflect and share experiences in a supportive environment.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen an existing practice, this workshop aims to offer accessible techniques and inspiration for incorporating the benefits of mindfulness into your daily life.

Another nourishing afternoon spent sharing Mindfulness with a group of 10 carers, focusing on integrating self-care and balance into their daily lives.

We explored the importance of soothing and swlf-regulation, trying out simple practices that can support a deeper connection with themselves and others

As a carer, it can often be hard to prioritise one's own well-being. However, with mindfulness, it is possible to create moments of self-care and nurture that are essential to balance the nervous system.

It is such a joy to hold space, share, and engage, knowing the difference mindfulness can make in improving their overall well-being ❤️

Just delivered the first of a series of Mindfulness workshops for Richmond Carers Centre as part of their schedule of events celebrating Carers week.

Was touched by the feedback received where the participants expressed their gratitude for holding a space of calmness, grounding, and relaxation in the midst of their busy and demanding daily routines.

A beautiful conclusion to the mindfulness course, Living in the Moment' that I've been running .hare.and.the.moon.limited
Such a joy and privilege to share the gift of being present with life, as it unfolds, moment by moment.
Looking forward to teaching more courses in the future but for now I'll be offering monthly drop-in sessions 'Mindful Presence' with the first one being next Friday 30th May at 4.30pm.
