Come join me on a 6 week journey into meditation and mindfulness in my introductory course 'Living in the Moment' starting on Saturday 11th April, 1pm and finishing on Saturday 16th May. We will be meeting for an hour between 1-2 pm on six Saturdays in the above period. 🦋
Each session will cover a different theme related to finding inner calm, resilience and compassion, focussing on providing you with a complete toolkit to build your own meditation and mindfulness practice.
Handouts and recorded meditations will be shared following each session so that if you miss a lesson, you still have access to the resources and can ask questions🌷
Over the course of six weeks we will be working with the body, breath, movement, sensory awareness, self-care, emotional regulation and other tools and practices to help you become more present, calm and grounded in daily life. 🌸
