Announcement incoming…

Sadly I will be reducing my clinic hours over the next month. After living with a hand injury for some time now something had to change.

A new work opportunity has come my way which presents a fantastic opportunity for growth and development and I’m excited to see what it has in store. But this will mean big change for my little clinic.

I will still be massaging, just with significantly reduced hours.

Just a little note on my availability over the coming few weeks…it’s looking a little slim at the moment. I am around working but with slightly fewer slots as I start teaching an intensive sports massage course today. The available slots are mainly booked.

I’m just putting this out there on this lazy Easter Sunday…🐣☺️

When the brightness of spring and summer pass by why not extend the warmth and light for a little longer? Escape for a little bit of paradise in November 2025 with our fab active wellness retreat.

We host this long weekend retreat in the most beautiful surroundings of 🌴☀️

Spring Marathon season is fast approaching and if you’re lucky enough to be training for one you’ll definitely be getting towards the sharp end of distance now.

Don’t ignore any niggles that might be tapping you on the shoulder. Don’t neglect your self care.

Recovery is as important as the running itself. It’s what makes you stronger and able to do the next training session.

I’ve run multiple marathons and I’m here to help with your marathon prep. And I’m always happy to talk training and help to get you to the start line happy, healthy and raring to go!
