Claire studied reflexology at the Bayly School of Reflexology with Nicola Hall, a highly regarded name in the field, at the University of Westminster and qualified in 2001. In 2002 she later qualified with a Holistic Therapies Diploma with the Federation of Holistic Therapies in 2002, and later in Indian Head Massage.

Claire practised for many years both in healthcare settings and in her own practice and took a break to raise her children. Claire is now embarking on a 3 year course in Nutritional Therapy with the CMN in London.

Reflexology treatments are undertaken from a dedicated treatment room in Twyford, offering professional treatments. Claire is registered with the Association of Reflexologist and fully insured.
