Stop pushing.

💫Last night was dedicated to nourishing deep rest💫

You may think that you are not doing very much at all.
You may think that you don’t have time to dedicate time to yourself. But this is important. There is so much power in pausing, being still and resting. True authentic rest, that nourishes your whole being.

Still, quiet, calm, held.

Thank you to last nights beautiful guests and your kind heart felt comments. It’s an honour to hold these spaces 🙏🏻

The power of being present.

A beautiful Meditation & Gong session last night in Henley on Thames.

Sunlight streaming in to welcome everyone, gradually turning to darkness with flickering candles.

‘Realise deeply that the present moment is all you ever have.’ Eckhart Tolle

Present moment awareness, connection with the breath, gentle movement, pausing, slowing down.

You don’t need to be anyone or do anything.
You only need to be present.

We ended with homemade date chocolates, fruit, oracle cards and herbal tea.

A perfect Friday evening by the river 💫

You don’t need more discipline. You need deeper rest.

This posture gently supports the body so your nervous system can fully down-regulate.

If you feel constantly ‘on’, struggle to switch off, or wake up tired… your nervous system is asking for this.

Even 20 minutes can help reduce stress and improve sleep.

I run deeply restful sessions where you can fully switch off and be supported.
