Thank you so much to all our lovely Carers that were able to make it to our Easter cake and icecream morning on Thursday! And a big thank you to Sir Whippy for the wonderful ice creams, Leisa you did a fab job arranging that, and it was so kind of you!

Don't Forget: Tonight, at 1am, the clocks Spring Forward 1 hour, as we move to British Summer Time (BST). It means we get an hour less in bed, but the upside is we'll get much lighter evenings to enjoy the spring and summer weather.

This evening and in the coming days, our fab team of professional Carers will be helping our clients adjust to the change, and the lighter evenings.

While smart phones and computers generally adjust automatically, most household clocks, watches, cookers and microwaves do not. So if you have a friend or family member who may not remember to change their clocks, why not pop round and offer to give them a hand?
