We have just received this amazing review off one of our lovely families 🥰🎩

From the first phone call at 4am to dropping us off at the celebration of Dad’s life, Karen and John provided incredible guidance and support, in a genuinely caring and respectful manner. We had a clear idea of the format of the service that we wanted for Dad and Karen helped us to coordinate all of the arrangements to fulfil these wishes and give Dad the send off he deserved. Whenever we had a question, Karen was at the end of the phone and she’d call to check in on us and provide reassurance that everything was in hand along the way. We couldn’t recommend Dootson & Harrison more highly.

I really don’t like putting out posts like this : PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have some courtesy when you are asked by a Funeral Director to ‘wait’ PLEASE do so !!!
it’s obvious or should be obvious due to the vehicles, that we are taking care of a much loved family member on his / her last journey.
This morning alone I have been told ‘ don’t look at me like that ! , told to ‘go away ‘,
Cut up twice all this whilst taking care of a family and their loved one.
I understand it’s Christmas, the traffic is terrible, everyone is rushing …….
However please help me to give the deserved respect to our family.
