This morning I went running for my appointment to beable to get to work and hit a pot hole and went over on my ankle and heard the crunch 🤢 all I can say is thank god I do my job and thank god for that vibro plate and sore muscle and g5 💪

Received this today it's nice to know people are really giving there health ago it's a new month let's go everyone my diary's at the ready 💪 two totally different stories one bulking and training and one who's journey is inspirational 🙌keep going guys the results are your story 🫶
Started my 12 week program with 5 weeks ago at 14st and now 5 weeks later this is the number on my scales I’m absolutely made up with this and I can’t believe I’m under 13st for the first time in few years. Just die how changing your diet and regular exercise can help@you achieve your goals, Iv got some more weight to lose but I’m beyond happy 💪🏻🙌🏻 thanks for the support.

So I've been battling with myself now since I had a reaction to the covid vaccine I can't do this I can't do that but yet on every photo I'm still smiling even when I'm not well which is clear on the first one. Are we very similar yes do we have chronic conditions. Do we give up no we don't and I had that little reminder today from my brother that was needed 💯 my job is to help people from the inside out but who helps me (myself) only you can stand up and say yes I can do it no matter what and not think I can't. Everyone has something my list is endless but we fight for ourselves mentally,physically,emotionally 💪
