After an absolutely horrible time with Covid wrecking manufacturing, parents and relatives dying and stock leaving by the backdoor, we will be opening up again in the next week or so.

New products. Extended IR Longbow and Archer intensifier tubes that see deep into the infrared spectrum, so deep that we are working on a new IR, one that will emitt no glow at all, other intensifier tubes (night vision) will not be able to see the beam.

Parts now available again for Dragonfly's.

Dear customers, people routinely send us post for repairs, service etc. Always send the items SPECIAL DELIVERY which allows you to claim value if lost or stolen.

We do keep getting devices sent signed for, this covers the items for virtually no value , just a signature and today the unthinkable has happened, we disinfected a package and some thieving scumbag has had the contents from inside on a signed for package.

Getting 230 yds range with Echo tubes and an IR over 1000nm!.....This is a totally jet black IR. The test IR wasn't even a laser. Normal IR's are around 850nm and emit a red glow. A standard Gen 2 or Gen 3 tube hasn't a bat in hell's chance of seeing 1000nm IR its out of its spectral sensitivity.

These are Echo tubes. It's a new technology that is outstanding. It's a white phosphour and looks like daylight, it tricked me into thinking it was daylight when I went for a walk with goggles on. You can order new or replace the tube in an Archer or Longbow. The reviews our customers are giving are A+++. Even those that have upgraded Archers and Longbows are astounded. Lead time from the Photonis military plant is long, but the tubes are at my spec a spec I really like. Unlike G2 tubes these can see 1000nm IR light that's invisible no glow and invisible to G2 &3 tubes. UK sales only. Dear all any items sent to us for repair or service, please include a letter with it including:

1. Your name and address
2. A description of what you think is wrong.
3. Your TELEPHONE NUMBER.

Any parcels with notes saying ref telephone conversation or no note, will be returned to sender.

We are doing this as people are returning goods with no letter then saying Hi its 'me' on instagram, by text, by messenger, by whatsapp etc, etc, etc.

This is causing pandemonium in booking the items back in, it is impacting upon other customers and that is not fair.

Now is the height of summer, so we our work volume drops. This is an ideal time to send Archers/Longbows back for a service or gas purge. Fast turn around in 3-4 days for non complex work.

Thursday 9th April. Today is our beloved Father-in- Law's funeral so we will be unavailable today.

Dear customers last night without warning my father in law collapsed and died. We live 2 minutes away and that time later I was doing CPR. The paramedics were angels that brought Geoff around from flat line to a beating heart, sadly his asbestos damaged lungs would not breathe and he died.

For Mon, Tue, Wed we will be hard to get hold of, sorry for any inconvenience.
