Embrace provide advocacy and support for families who have a person with a disability in their life as well as individuals who themselves have disabilities. Families and individuals with disabilities can be one of the most vulnerable groups of people in our communities. People with disabilities are isolated and lonely and have been a target because of this. It is one of Embrace's many aims to redu

ce the risk by:
•Increasing Family Awareness
•Bringing people with disabilities into their community
•Creating a sustainable circle of people around individuals that care for them
•Securing support and benefits to provide for their needs
