After 10 years working with us as a Receptionist Karla will be leaving our practice on Friday 29th May. She has been an incredibly valued part of our team, bringing dedication, kindness, and a genuine care for both colleagues and patients alike.
Her positive energy and hard work will be greatly missed by everyone here. While we’re sad to see her go, we’re so grateful for everything she has contributed and wish her all the very best in her next chapter.

Introducing our Care Coordinator – Sarah
We’re pleased to let our patients know that we now have a Care Coordinator at the practice.
A Care Coordinator helps patients get the right support at the right time.
They can:

• Help you navigate health and care services
• Support with organising appointments and follow-ups
• Link you with community and support services
• Assist patients with long-term conditions or more complex needs

They are not a clinician, but they work closely with our GP and nursing team to make sure your care is well organised and that you know what support is available to you.
If you feel you might benefit from support from our Care Coordinator, please contact reception and we can arrange for Sarah to get in touch.
We’re here to help make your care as smooth and supported as possible.
