Peace of Mind meditation

Peace of Mind meditation Creating space for calm, clarity, and peace of mind in a busy world.
(1)

Through guided meditation, breathwork, science-informed insight, I support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deeper presence in day-to-day life.

Anxiety pulls the mind into the future - breath brings us back to the present. ✨️

This is your reminder to use the breath as a tool whenever you need to support yourself through anxiety.

Anxiety and stress activate the sympathetic nervous system - increasing heart rate, muscle tension, and mental alertness.

Slow, intentional breathing stimulates the vagus nerve, helping shift the body into a parasympathetic, calmer state. Extending the exhale means it happens quicker- we have a direct line back to relaxation response. 😌

When breathwork is paired with mindful attention to the present moment, the nervous system receives a clear message: right now you are safe.

Let me walk you through my simple breathing practice to regulate the body and calm the busy brain. 🧠

We all feel it - but having the tools to help is a life-changer... one breath at a time.

If this resonates, please let me know below. 🤍

Come with me on a recent 9-5 at the studio! ➡️

People are often surprised that so much of my work isn't actually teaching! It's creating, planning, admin, editing, writing and business running.

This behind-the-scenes stuff is what makes my job as a meditation teacher possible and takes up a huge amount of my time.

The classes have my heart, but they only exist because of everything else I do!

So to quell your curiosity on: 'what I do when there are no classes'; here is a recent 9-5 day in real time (Sometime between Christmas and New Year!)

There's a huge element of my working days that are planned, as well as a little that's intuitive and meet-the-moment. Because we can't know the full picture until we are in it!

This is the work, behind the work 🤍 ✍️.

Comment below, if a lot of your work is invisible to others 🖊 ✋️

✨️ This hits different ✨️

I'm so happy (and a little emotional) to share that my story and work has been featured in the press.

For years I worked in the media industry, promoting or reporting on other people's work, so to see and experience this about my own journey feels quietly huge. Especially at a time I have been feeling a little low of confidence, this came at just the right time!

What started as teaching meditation online in lockdown - simply as there was no other option and people were struggling to access support - has grown into another digital space; .

The Still Space is a digital sanctuary for busy, overwhelmed people who want calm that actually fits modern life.

Stress and anxiety are affecting everyone these days; chronically so, and this is what spurred both Peace of Mind Meditation and the new platform The Still Space.

Ironically, it's often the busiest among us, the ones holding everything together, who have the least time to care for themselves - but need it the most!

I understand this first-hand because it's a life I also live. The Still Space was created as a way to continue my mission to make meditation accessible for all - no-matter who you are, where you are and what your background is.

This is practical, science-backed support, sessions and practices there when you need them. 🤍

Seeing this work recognised, which has been such a labour of love for myself, .co and over 2025, feels affirming.

Strength training isn’t just for the body.

Your brain is the most powerful muscle you have -
shaping how you think, feel, and respond to life.
And unless you train it consciously, it runs on stress and habit. 🧠

Meditation is one of the most effective forms of brain training there is.

With consistent practice, you build resilience, nervous system regulation, focus, and inner calm, so life doesn’t feel quite so overwhelming.

Life doesn’t necessarily get easier.
But you get stronger, steadier, and more equipped to meet whatever comes your way. 💪

Strength isn’t just built in the gym. It’s built in stillness too.

Join me this month either in the studio classes or online in The Still Space
and make 2026 your strongest year yet.

A consistent meditation practice gently reshapes the brain; dialling down stress and strengthening the pathways linked to calm, clarity, and emotional balance.

That’s why, over time, you don’t just feel more peaceful…you are more peaceful. More present. More yourself. That’s all you need this year.

Your year doesn’t need to look impressive to be meaningful. 💜

Let this be your reminder: Don’t compare your 2025 to someone else’s highlights.

Some of the most important growth is quiet and invisible. It might look like doing things scared, finding your balance again, trying something new and being kind to yourself along the way.

So celebrate it all - even when other's don't see or understand it. ✨️

A Christmas reminder: We’re more connected by our struggles than we realise. 🤍

This time of year has always been hard for me. At times, it's felt like everything 'out there' was too much - pressure, expectation, noise, people. And behind closed doors, a feeling of 'not enough'; whether it was fancy things, loved ones, myself, time or energy.

What I’m learning now is this: however I am, however Christmas is, is okay. it is enough. 🎄

There’s so much we don’t see beneath the surface, especially on social media. Everyone is carrying something.

So try not to compare your life to others. Struggle is part of being human - and it’s what connects us all.

However you are this Christmas, you are enough.

Wishing you all peace of mind ✨️ 🙏

Have you ever reacted before you should have and then regretted it later? 😑

This STOP practice is a game changer - especially at Christmas when emotions can run high.

When stress spills over, it’s not a failure of willpower. It’s your nervous system asking for a pause.

So, use this one minute mindfulness practice to allow a little space between stimulus and response:

Stop
Take a breath
Observe how you feel
Pick how to proceed (with awareness)

This pause creates just enough space to:
• slow the stress response
• reduce reactivity
• bring choice back online - reclaiming your power

You don’t have to fix everything in the moment.
You just have to stop the spill. 💧

This is the kind of practical, grounded approach that I teach; rooted in lived and learned experience.

If you’re craving calm within the chaos, January is where we practise together.

This is your invitation to:
✨ Join the January course: Realign
✨ Step into ongoing support inside The Still Space right now
✨️ Or do both, for the ultimate experience of peace of mind.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Save this for stressful Christmas moments 🎄

Today is World Meditation Day and the Winter Solstice.

The darkest day of the year, and the point where the light begins to return. ✨️

Meditation, for me, is about meeting life exactly as it is, even when it's dark. Trusting that it will be light again soon.

Both meditation and the Winter Solstice remind us that growth doesn’t happen quickly, but gradually, often subtly, over time.

Trust in the process 🧘‍♀️ 🌞 ☀️
