Thank you to everyone who joined me yesterday as we blended a Mandala sequence into a silent practice, transitioning from external to internal.
Several of you were interested in another similar idea, so please join me again on Saturday 11th April at 4pm for ‘Into The Quiet.’
We’ll begin with a Moving Meditation Flow, then Stillness, then Silence.
I’ll help you really engage with and feel the practice, to listen, and to gradually soften the nervous system.
As your body settles, your practice quietens, less doing, more sensing until we arrive in extended stillness and silence as you’re bathed in Sound Bath vibrations.
This practice is rooted in yoga philosophy, particularly Pratyahara, the 5th Limb of Yoga, the turning inward of the senses, and is offered as a form of moving meditation accessible to all bodies and levels of experience.
