While on holiday last week, I came across a Public Access Trauma First Aid Kit (PAcT)! Have you ever seen one or do you know what's inside—and how to use it? These kits are becoming increasingly available in public places like football stadiums and arenas.

PAcT kits typically contain items such as face shields, hemostatic bandages, tourniquets, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Since they’re designed for public use, they also include clear instruction sheets to guide you through using the contents effectively.

That said, having basic life-saving first aid knowledge is always the best starting point when responding to any emergency.

In addition to our regulated first aid courses, we also offer workshops that cover essential life-saving skills—perfect for individuals, workplaces, or community groups.
