Update for our patients
We would like to update you that the building of Manor Oak Surgery has been withdrawn from the market and remains unsold.

Your registration with the practice remains unchanged – you do not need to do anything.
Our priority remains your health and wellbeing, and we will continue to provide the same high standard of care to all our patients.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the practice directly

✅ Service Update ✅

Our systems and phones are now back up and running. Thank you for your patience during this morning’s disruption, and a big thank you to our staff for working so hard to keep things going.

🚨 Further Service Update 🚨

Unfortunately, our phones are still down and we are only barely able to make calls or use our computer systems. We are currently operating a manual process and doing our very best to continue seeing patients.

👉 Please be aware there may be some delays and we are only able to offer partial operations at this time.

👉 This continues to appear to be a Sussex-wide issue, affecting other practices in the area as well.

We remain open and will do everything we can to support patients during this disruption.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

🚨 Service update 🚨

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our computer network. This means that many of our applications are not refreshing and we do not have access to them at the moment.

👉 we remain open, but please be aware that we are limited in what we can do until this issue is resolved.

👉 we are using contingency packs to ensure we continue providing support as best as possible

👉 we are awaiting further updates from our IT team and will share more information as soon as we have it

This may a Sussex wide issue as we aware of other practices in the area experiencing similar problems

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.

🌸 Farewell & Good Luck, Antonina! 🌸

Yesterday we said a fond goodbye to our wonderful Health Care Assistant, Antonina, who after more than 10 years with us is returning to Poland to begin her nurse training. Her course will take three years, and while we’ll miss her greatly, we are so proud of her as she takes this exciting next step in her career.

Antonina has been such an important part of our team – always dedicated, kind, and caring – and she will be missed by both colleagues and patients alike. We’re delighted that she may still join us for the odd shift during her study breaks!

We’re pleased to welcome a new team member joining our existing staff on Monday to continue providing the best possible care for our patients.

Please join us in wishing Antonina every success in her studies – we know she’ll make a fantastic nurse! 💙
