We’re feeling so grateful for all the support and excitement around our first ever Sauna Camp at Wild Spa Wowo.

WHAT IS SAUNA CAMP?
Taking place from 2nd–4th June 2026, Sauna Camp is an intimate international gathering for sauna enthusiasts and practitioners who want a genuine chance to connect, share, and go deep into the heart of sauna culture. Over three warm and welcoming days at Wild Spa Wowo we’ll explore authentic and traditional sauna practices through presentations, talks, Q&As, workshops, rituals, sauna experiences, and hands on trainings.

This is not a big festival, but a spacious, full-bodied, all-inclusive experience where everyone can meet, learn from one another, and feel part of a close knit community. Sauna Camp brings together a diverse network of global sauna geeks and wisdom-keepers, each offering their own unique perspective, while helping to inspire and support the evolving UK sauna scene. A gathering for connection and depth.

Wild Spa Wowo winter opening hours 🌲

After our January reset, we’re feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to welcome you back starting Saturday 31st January.

We’re open every Saturday and Sunday, 10am-4pm, until we move into our spring/summer timetable on Saturday 18th April.

Sessions run in 2-hour slots and include:
🔥 2 authentic wood fired saunas
🔥wood fired hot tub
🔥cold plunge pool
🔥forest showers
🔥 relaxing space with forest view
🔥 herbal tea and botanical waters

Imbolc (Imbolg) marks the shift from dark to light, a time to sow seeds for the future and invite new beginnings. Join Sauna Master .art for a special sauna ceremony celebrating this transition on Sunday 1st February 2-4pm. We’ll focus on awakening the fire within, calling in warmth, joy, and the slow thaw of winter. The session will include storytelling, song, and traditional sauna therapies to nourish body and spirit.

Happy New Year 🌿

As we step into the new year, Wild Spa Wowo will be pausing through January to rest, reset, and tend the quieter rhythms of winter.

We’ll reopen on Saturday 31st January, refreshed and ready for the year ahead.

Thank you to everyone who visited and supported Wild Spa Wowo this year. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back in the new year for more time in the forest x
