🌿Mini retreat

One of the mothers at our mini retreat yesterday- wrapped up in a restorative pose for yoga nidra. The nidra was followed with a sauna where the mums could further relax and purify while the babies were looked after. An added bonus was the beautiful Autumm colours out the sauna window!
It was a pleasure to hold the space.

🌿Friday night wind down
Offering a delicious hour of yoga nidra sequenced with restorative yoga poses to facilitate deep rest, a quieter mind and immune system balance. Following the yoga practice, you will be able to participate in a wood fired sauna experience to purify and release toxins... bringing the body into balance. As we enter this cold time of year, come fill yourself up with the warm light of attention.

🌿Self Care Sunday
Its self care Sunday again this week at the hub. This class is suitable for all, providing you are able to lay on the mat for approximately half an hour. Please contact or DM for bookings. We are extending the offer of try a class for £5.
