September is here and so am I, with renewed energy after a bloody challenging month that was full of multiple vets visits, a MIL in hospital and a two week flu for me and a whole heap of other “stuff”.

I remember doing ALL THE RESEARCH when I worked with my first coach.

- did they seem warm and trustworthy?
- what WAS a life coach? 😂
- what results would I get from coaching?
- could I afford it?
- was it worth the investment?
- who had they worked with before?

This book feels like a warm welcome with open arms.
