Lifestyle option in the face of Alzheimer’s
Yet more press reports this week of new ways to predict if you will develop Alzheimer’s in later life. This time based on genes linked to people with a pre-disposition for the neurological disorder.
Such a revealing prediction may well be unwelcome, but those promoting it suggest it would give those identified an early alert to adjust their lifestyle to best offset the prospect. Well one lifestyle option suggested by UK science is to drink a litre a day of silicawater naturally rich in harmless silicic-acid, with the unique power to safely remove neurotoxic aluminium from the brain in a completely non-invasive way – excreted through urine.
A small-scale clinical trial showed drinking silicawater improved memory in some Alzheimer sufferers, something so-called ‘break-through’ drugs costing millions have never achieved.
